The role played by the Ministry of Finance in the state functioning can’t be minimized. The capacity and expertise of the Ministry of Finance stretches out through its trained, capable and high-morale human resources. Needless, there are several facets such as customs administration, tax administration, macroeconomic policy formulation, public expenditure management, government accounting and financial administration that the Ministry of Finance should directly be involved in. To enhance the overall competency of the ministry in these areas, the human resources it possesses should be equally competent, energetic and proficient.
